Browsing this site requires no account and no personal information. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

If you write to us or submit a contact form, we receive what you choose to send: typically a name, an email address, an organisation and a message. That is used only to reply to you and to maintain a record of the enquiry.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for and will not knowingly store Aadhaar numbers, bank details, or any citizen personal data. The AI tools in this library are instructed never to request such identifiers.

Your rights

Consistent with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask what personal data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Send the request through our contact form and we will act within a reasonable period.

Analytics

We use aggregate traffic analytics to understand which parts of the library are useful. This does not identify individual visitors.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and to maintain a reasonable record of correspondence, then deleted.
